Shipping Policy

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to order our products and use our services. If you are between 14 and 18 years of age, you must get the permission of your parent or guardian to use Aalegna services and products.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS (no P.O. boxes) in the continental United States territories.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

For international shipping, please contact us at customercare@Aalegna.com and we will be glad to assist you with your purchases. Certain restrictions apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Product Return

Products are returnable within 1 week of delivery in its original condition and original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved by customer care department. A restocking fee might apply on some items returned. Email our customer care team at customercare@Aalegna.com and in the subject line type "Product Return", tell us the item(s) you are returning, and we will contact you.
